		<description>A lot of this could be fallout or the result of what apparently is occurring with Vista and the general public.  I don&#039;t see it myself, but apparently Vista didn&#039;t do so well and a lot of people aren&#039;t happy with it.  Vista&#039;s alleged fizzle with the general public could be affecting Microsoft&#039;s ability to convince those same people that work in businesses that Server 2008 will be better.</description>
