		<description>A lot of this could be fallout or the result of what apparently is occurring with Vista and the general public.  I don't see it myself, but apparently Vista didn't do so well and a lot of people aren't happy with it.  Vista's alleged fizzle with the general public could be affecting Microsoft's ability to convince those same people that work in businesses that Server 2008 will be better.</description>
