Found it !

After 2 days reading and trying, I finally found the trick.
When installing the driver you must choose the Ralink wireless pci card (AS DESCRIBED ABOVE) but when it comes to the I HAVE A DISK option you must search for the conceptronics 54 G WIRELESS CARD drivers. Windows will automatically install the conceptonic driver.

PD: I tried to install directly the conceptronics drivers but didnt worked at all.

After 2 days worked for me!

If you are getting a code 10 when trying to install the wireless drivers do the following.
1. Remove the wireless card from the PC.
2. Remove all network adapter drivers.
3. Install the device drivers as above.
4. Update the device drivers as above.
It worked for me on my PC, hopefully it will work for you too.

At first none of these things worked, what I had to do was SKIP the click "have disk" step and select Ralink > 802.11g Wireless PCI Adaptor, and it finally worked! Thanks for the help everyone

Like another poster mentioned, this link works: http://icrontic.com/forum/showpost.php?p=679946&postcount=1

Before using it I updated the router version to the most recent through the Linksys site and then forced the driver through the device manager in Windows 7. It's working great without any lag. Thanks for the help everyone!

I also had this problem and after installing the drivers from Rlink, I got it to work more or less.

The, Windows 7 update driver actually finds and installs "correct" driver.

Everything seemed fine until I tried to play Counter Strike Source. Horrible packet lose!
Unplayable.

I am checking on the link provided by Nethaniel and see if that fixes problem.

I also get like 3 BSOD every time I turn on my pc for a first time after switching it off for a day or so. 2-3 BSOD and then more or less ok after that. Also have hard time connecting to the wireless network. Possibly connected BSOD issue related to the driver.
